Private Coaching & Advisory Access — The Real Wealth Blueprint

Better Banking, Borrowing, & Investing Program (6 Pillars / 9 Steps)

Effective Date: , 2026

Provider: ("Provider," "we," "us")

Member: the individual enrolled in the subscription ("Member," "you")

1. THE PROGRAM

Your subscription provides ongoing private coaching and advisory access within The Real Wealth Blueprint, delivered through our 6 Pillars and 9 Steps Better Banking, Borrowing, & Investing Program.

Each Member receives a custom blueprint built around their specific situation, goals, and current tier. Whatever the engagement touches — banking structure, borrowing strategy, investing execution, or any pillar in between — the deliverable is always the same: Better. Better banking. Better borrowing. Better investing. Better outcomes.

This subscription provides the Provider's continuing availability as your private coach throughout the month: strategy sessions, blueprint updates as your position evolves, and direct support on any decision that falls within the Program. Your blueprint is yours alone, but it is always built on the same foundation — the Better Banking, Borrowing, & Investing Program, with its 6 Pillars and 9 Steps framework.

This is not a course, a product, or a one-time deliverable. You are purchasing reserved access to the Provider's time and expertise for the billing period. Access is reserved whether or not you use it.

2. BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

2.1 Recurring charge. Your subscription is $ per month and recurs automatically every month on your enrollment date (your "Billing Date"). No action is needed — your invoice is generated and paid automatically using the payment method on file.

2.2 Authorization. By enrolling, you authorize the Provider and its payment processor to charge your payment method on file on each Billing Date, in advance, for the coming month of access, until you cancel in accordance with Section 3.

2.3 Price changes. The Provider may change the monthly fee with at least thirty (30) days' written notice to the email address on file. A price change takes effect on the first Billing Date following that notice period. Continued enrollment after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

2.4 Failed payments. If a charge is declined, the Provider will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. Access may be suspended until the balance is satisfied. Suspension does not cancel your subscription; you must still cancel under Section 3 to stop future billing.

2.5 Statements. A receipt is issued for every charge to the email address on file. You are responsible for maintaining a current, monitored email address and mobile number on file with the Provider.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 How to cancel — email or text only. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, by email or text message, to the contact points designated in Section 8. Specifically:

•Email: [[email protected]] — subject line: "CANCELLATION"

•Text: [786-273-7224]

3.2 Notice deadline — three (3) days before your Billing Date. Your cancellation request must be received by the Provider at least three (3) calendar days before your next Billing Date. Example: if your Billing Date is the 15th, your cancellation must be received by end of day on the 12th to prevent the charge on the 15th.

3.3 Requests received too late. If your request is received fewer than three (3) days before your Billing Date, the charge for that month will process and your cancellation takes effect at the end of that billing period. You retain full access for that period.

3.4 Acknowledgement required. A cancellation is not effective until the Provider confirms it in writing. The Provider will send a written acknowledgement (email or text) within two (2) business days of receipt, stating your cancellation effective date. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, your request has not been processed — you must follow up. You are responsible for retaining that acknowledgement.

3.5 Other methods do not cancel. Verbal statements in a session, voicemail, social media message, message to a third party, non-use of the Program, non-payment, abandoning the Program, or failing to attend scheduled sessions do not constitute cancellation. Only the written methods in Section 3.1 do.

3.6 Conflicting instructions. Where the Provider's cancellation terms appear in more than one place (this Agreement, the invoice, a checkout page, or a scheduling platform), this Section 3 controls.

4. NO REFUNDS

4.1 All charges are final. All fees are non-refundable. The Provider does not issue refunds, credits, or prorations for:

•partial months or unused days;

•unused sessions, unused access, or non-attendance;

•a Member's decision not to use the Program;

•a Member's change of circumstance, financial position, or business outcome;

•a cancellation submitted after the deadline in Section 3.2;

•services already rendered or access already provided for a billing period.

4.2 Advance billing is earned on reservation. Each monthly fee is charged in advance and compensates the Provider for reserving capacity and availability for that month. Once a billing period has begun, the fee for that period is earned.

4.3 Exceptions. The only circumstances in which a refund may be issued are: (a) a duplicate or erroneous charge caused by Provider error; or (b) a refund required by applicable law. Provider-issued goodwill credits, if any, are discretionary, do not create an entitlement, and do not modify this Section.

4.4 Results. The Program delivers coaching, strategy, and blueprint work. It does not guarantee any specific financial, business, tax, or investment outcome. No refund is available on the basis of results achieved or not achieved.

5. DISPUTED CHARGES AND CHARGEBACKS

5.1 Contact us first. If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact the Provider before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer, and to allow ten (10) business days for resolution.

5.2 Accuracy of disputes. By enrolling, you confirm that you will not assert to any bank, card issuer, or payment processor that a charge was unauthorized or that you cancelled, where you did not submit a written cancellation in accordance with Section 3 or did not receive a written acknowledgement under Section 3.4.

5.3 Chargeback costs. If a chargeback or payment dispute is resolved in the Provider's favor, the Member is responsible for reasonable costs of responding to the dispute, including administrative fees and collection costs, to the extent permitted by law.

5.4 Records. The Provider maintains records of enrollment, disclosures accepted, invoices issued, and all cancellation correspondence. These records may be submitted in response to a dispute.

5.5 Suspension during dispute. Access may be suspended while a disputed charge remains unresolved.

6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

This Agreement is accepted by any of the following, each of which the Member agrees constitutes a binding electronic signature under the Florida Electronic Signatures Act and the federal E-SIGN Act:

1. Checkbox at checkout: "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, including the no-refund policy and the requirement to cancel by email or text at least 3 days before my billing date."

2. Enrollment form / e-signature.

3. Invoice payment. Paying an invoice that references and links to these Terms constitutes acceptance.

4. Written confirmation via email or text.

The Provider will retain the date, time, IP address, and version of these Terms accepted by each Member.

7. TERM, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

7.1 Term. Month-to-month, renewing automatically per Section 2 until cancelled per Section 3.

7.2 Provider termination. The Provider may terminate this subscription at any time for material breach, abusive conduct, or non-payment. If the Provider terminates without cause, the Provider will refund the unused portion of the current billing period.

7.3 Effect of termination. On termination, access ends as of the effective date. Sections 4, 5, 8, and 9 survive termination.
